Glen Dale Kranz was born in Libertyville Illinois on Jan 2, 1926 to Clarance Kranz and May Belle (Eiserman) Kranz. He played football for Libertyville High School as a quarterback and kicker playing with his brother Al a lineman. Around April 6, 1945 he was Killed in Action in Germany on the Western Front.
